Job title: Sales Administrator
About the Role The Sales Administrator will provide an accurate and reliable sales order administration to the Sales Team and support the division’s administrative processes. This role aims to build positive customer relationships, implement actions in line with CFAO South Africa's strategic objectives, and maximize efficiency of sales administration in alignment with set targets.
What You'll Do
- Ensure sales orders are completed, processed and distributed correctly and on time.
- Receive and accurately process sales order documentation.
- Follow up on estimated delivery dates if a unit is not in stock and communicate these dates to the sales team.
- Process invoices and prepare relevant documentation and gate passes.
- Assist the Sales team with documentation and general admin functions; ensure admin tasks are in place and followed per company and system requirements.
- Prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly, daily) and ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Facilitate customer complaints and queries; maintain dedication to service excellence and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Participate in team/department meetings and development initiatives to support efficient inter-departmental communication.
