Position Summary
- The Sales Support provides technical and commercial support to the sales team. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, technical, production, and customers to ensure accurate quotations, product compliance, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A first Degree or its equivalent in chemistry.
- 2-3 years of hands on experience
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and relationship management tools.
- Good data gathering and analysis skills.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Salary
N300,000 monthly Net.
