About the Role Factorial is hiring a Sales Account Executive - Upsell for the French Market to help drive growth by expanding opportunities within existing client relationships. You will manage upsell opportunities across the sales cycle, build trusted partnerships with customers, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development. You will collaborate with internal teams and engage C-Suite level stakeholders to drive successful upsell outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage upselling opportunities for existing clients and develop the customer experience across the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive account development through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify, navigate, and support clients through their decision-making process to close upsell opportunities.
• Create effective account plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Establish and conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
• Provide reliable forecasts of activities and revenue achievements to sales leadership.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams to align on strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in upselling and account development with existing clients.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet quota with accurate forecasting.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills at executive levels (C-Suite/VP).
• Experience with consultative selling and building account plans.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to the French market or with Francophone clients.
• Experience in SaaS or software sales.
