Job title: SailPoint Engineer
About the Role At AIG, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise IAM infrastructure using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will secure and efficiently manage user identities and access throughout the lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet IAM requirements.
- Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and components for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and compliance.
- Integrate IdentityIQ with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems (e.g., Workday, Fieldglass), and business applications.
- Implement and maintain access control policies and entitlement management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration with Java-based applications.
- Conduct integration testing to verify functionality, performance, and security.
- Stay current with IAM industry best practices and contribute to continual process improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., Computer Science).
- 7+ years IT experience designing, developing, and supporting IGA solutions with 5+ years focusing on IAM (SailPoint IdentityIQ).
- Experience developing and configuring SailPoint connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, web services) and integrations with HR systems (Workday, Fieldglass).
- Familiar with RBAC, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, SDLC and Agile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong decision making and customer service.
- Java programming expertise; ability to develop and integrate Java-based applications.
- Proven experience with integration testing of IAM solutions.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) required.
- Knowledge of identity concepts (lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, entitlement management) and protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented and organized.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $99,000 – $143,000/year, eligible for bonus per incentive plan.
