What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3+ years of safety engineering experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and OSHA recordkeeping
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Certification such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent
- Experience with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma
