Key Responsibilities
-
Demonstrate to the loaders on how to safely go about the various activities loading/unloading, empties offloading loading;
-
Attend daily tier 1 meetings and ensure 100% attendance and highlight any safety (QHSE) issues/observations;

Raise and report SIRC’s cards on unsafe acts and conditions in every shift;

Ensure zero unsafe acts/conditions on site;
-
Ensure 100% PPE’s compliance and adherence.

Continuously ensure 5S principles are always being adhered to in the warehouses and operation areas
-
Support in enforcing all QHSE regulations to ensure safe working conditions and practice within the Warehouse at all times.

Observe proper stacking standards within the warehouses and the yard;
-
Enforce clear gangways, fire points and emergency exits.
-
Report all near misses immediately.

Minimum Qualifications

KCSE certificate
-
Minimum of Diploma
-
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
Experience
-
2 years’ experience in FMCG tasks(All Rounded) and more specifically to loading and other operations;
-
2 years’ experience in the loading and unloading activities.
