About the Role
Je maakt deel uit van de interne preventiedienst van Volvo Group België en bent de preventie-adviseur (niv 2) voor Renault Truck Centers zoals beschreven in de Codex over welzijn op het werk. Je werkt dagelijks samen met de teams van de Truck Centers aan de verdere uitbouw van de huidige Health & Safety cultuur en ondersteunt het welzijnsbeleid en de veiligheid op de werkvloer. Renault Trucks en Volvo Group investeren in onze medewerkers en bieden trainingen en mentorprogramma’s aan om talenten verder te ontplooien. What You'll Do
- Ondersteunt het welzijnsbeleid en werkt mee aan het Globaal Preventieplan en Jaaractieplan.
- Adviseert management en zorgt voor integratie van veiligheid in de dagelijkse werking (CPBW).
- Voert risicoanalyses uit in diverse werkomgevingen en zet deze om in concrete preventiemaatregelen die je actief opvolgt.
