Barista (32-40 Hours per Week) – Sadler's, Fethard

Sadler's is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role offers 32-40 hours per week and applicants must be available to work midweek, including daytime shifts.
What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, and speciality beverages

Providing warm, friendly, and efficient customer service

Taking customer orders and handling payments

Assisting with food service and presentation

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment

Upholding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Working closely with colleagues to ensure a great guest experience every day What We're Looking For

Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided

A genuine passion for coffee, food, and customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Availability to work midweek and commit to 32-40 hours per week

- Previous Barista training preferred.
