About the Role Join JAS as a Sachbearbeiter Import/ Export für Luft- oder Seefracht (m/w/d) to handle air and sea freight shipments, ensuring timely processing and effective coordination with customers, service providers and JAS offices. This role supports import/export operations for both air and sea freight within a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage air freight: responsibility for quotation creation and dispatch/clearance of air freight import/export shipments, as well as monitoring delivery times and transport flows.
- Manage sea freight: focus on planning and processing customs clearance and sea freight shipments, monitoring delivery times and transport flows.
- Communication: correspond with customers, service partners and JAS offices.
- Administration: document verification, consolidation and forwarding.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: completed training in freight forwarding or a comparable qualification.
- Freight forwarding interest: interested in logistics processes and commercial action.
- Personality: communicative, team-oriented and sociable.
- Organization: independent, organizational talent and cost-conscious action.
- Languages: very good German and good English.
