About the Role S15 Technician role focused on inspections, troubleshooting support, and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and smooth production operations. What You'll Do
- Perform Skilled Maintenance and Repair Tasks: execute defined maintenance activities such as replacing components, aligning parts, and making standard adjustments on production and utility equipment, following technical instructions, using proper tools, and verifying work accuracy.
- Assist With Equipment Setup, Changeovers, and Basic Calibrations: participate in equipment setups, changeovers, and basic calibrations; check parameters and ensure equipment readiness per procedures.
- Conduct Structured Inspections and Report Findings: perform structured inspections using gauges and checklists; document and escalate identified issues or deviations to higher-level technicians.
- Support Troubleshooting With Data Collection: gather information, perform directed tests, and document results to support troubleshooting efforts led by senior SMEs; follow defined methods.
- Maintain Tools, Work Areas, and Safety Compliance: organize tools and work areas; follow all safety and quality procedures; report unsafe conditions or deviations promptly. What We're Looking For
