Job title: Руководитель группы международной бухгалтерии
Head of International Accounting Group responsible for overseeing accounting across AR/AP, fixed assets, banking and ICO operations for European entities. They will develop and maintain up-to-date accounting instructions and business process diagrams, lead a team of accountants, ensure timely month-end and year-end closures and reporting, and establish KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls. The role also involves serving as a key contact for internal and external clients, handling complex requests, and driving automation and process optimization through projects.
Ensure control over accounting for AR, AP, fixed assets, banking and ICO operations for European legal entities; ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Develop and maintain up-to-date accounting procedures and process diagrams for the European group. Lead the accounting team; allocate roles and tasks; own results. Ensure month-end and year-end closes and timely reporting according to schedule. Develop and implement KPIs and SLAs for the team. Develop and implement internal control procedures. Be the key contact for internal and external clients. Handle complex tasks and requests; prepare reports upon management request. Participate in company projects; initiate automation and optimization of workflows.
Higher education in finance. Knowledge and experience in IFRS. Experience leading a team. Knowledge of ERP-based accounting systems and MS Office.
