Job title: RTR Analyst - Record to Report
About the Role
Join IFF’s Global Business Services RTR team, based in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City in a hybrid role. You will contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting for LATAM and North America, supporting month-end close and driving continuous improvement across processes.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams across LATAM and NOAM to deliver high-quality results
- Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Previous experience in RTR processes / General Ledger / Accounting operations
- Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting
- Intermediate to advanced English (required)
- Portuguese is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a shared services or global environment
- Exposure to LATAM and/or NOAM accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
