About this role
A one-paragraph overview The RTD Label Operator role is a six-month contract position with Guinness Nigeria, based in Tabanan, Bali. You will operate the RTD labeling line and related equipment to produce RTD packed products that meet the required quality, safety, and customer standards. You will lead a packing team member, perform autonomous maintenance and 5S activities, and contribute to achieving world-class performance across safety, quality, and cost metrics.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the warmer, RTD label machine, and printing machine in accordance with work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain the warmer, RTD filler, printing machines, and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S activities
- Control and validate the quality of labeled bottles, ensuring codes and packaging parameters meet requirements
- Perform cleaning in place (CIP) on the warmer and sanitation processes
- Record daily operation data, analyze and interpret results, and coordinate with quality analysts to support root cause analysis
- Attend Tier 1 Daily Operations Review (DOR) on shift to deliver strong performance on Level 3 KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost)
Requirements
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, read, and interpret data
- Strong technical skills to operate equipment/tools/machines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting patterns
- Minimum general or vocational high school education, preferably in machine or electrical fields
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in consumer goods, preferably in a beverage factory
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Indonesian
