Moody's Working Student – RRS (Ratings and Research Support)

The Moody’s Ratings and Research Support (RRS) Working Student position offers current students an opportunity to develop skills that are valuable to any future career in the financial services industry. This will be an internally facing role, reporting to a Team Manager. Working student opportunities are offered to current students who wish to work part-time either full days or several half days (typically 6 to 12-month increments) depending on country.

Working Students complete project work determined by their team that have real impact, fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Participants will gain insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company.

RRS ワーキング・スチューデント – Corporate Finance Group

コーポレート・ファイナンス・グループ（CFG）および金融機関グループ（FIG）のアナリストと連携し、格付に関する分析およびリサーチ業務をサポートする大学・大学院在籍者向けポジションです。

財務データの収集・分析、市場および発行体に関する情報のモニタリング、レポートやプレゼンテーション資料の作成などを通じて、格付に関する幅広い分析業務を経験していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 格付に関する分析、リサーチ、データ管理および業務プロセスの改善等に関するプロジェクトへの参加
• 企業・金融機関の財務情報や市場データの収集、整理、分析
• データに基づくトレンドや重要な変化を捉え、格付に関する分析や信用評価を支援
• 財務分析資料、チャートおよびプレゼンテーション資料の作成
• 担当ポートフォリオや個別プロジェクトに関連するニュース、市場動向および各種メディアのモニタリング
• リサーチレポートをはじめとする対外公表資料の作成支援
• AIツールやAIエージェントを活用した情報整理、定型業務の自動化および業務の効率化

応募資格 必須要件

• 大学または大学院に在籍中の方
• 財務データや定量情報を的確に読み解き、重要なポイントを整理して分かりやすく伝えられる方
• Excel、Word、PowerPointを実務レベルで操作できる方
• 複数の業務を計画的に進め、状況に応じて優先順位を柔軟に調整できる方
• 細部まで注意を払い、正確性を意識して業務に取り組める方
• 主体的に行動し、単独でもチームの一員としても円滑に業務を遂行できる方
• 日本語および英語の双方において、口頭および文書によるコミュニケーションができる方
• AIおよびAIエージェントの活用に関心のある方

歓迎要件

• 会計、コーポレートファイナンス、統計学などに関する基礎知識
• 債券市場、信用リスク、クレジット分析、金融市場や経済リサーチへの関心
• CFAプログラムでの学習、またはそれに相当する金融・会計分野の学習経験
• 大学での関連科目の履修、学術プロジェクト、リサーチ活動への参加経験
• 金融機関、調査会社、コンサルティング会社などでのインターンシップ経験
