About the Role At VALCE Talent Solutions, we are seeking a dynamic RPO Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for the US market, focusing on corporate functions to ensure the talent pipeline aligns with the standards of a world-class global leader. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based corporate roles, driving the full-cycle process.
- Conduct strategic sourcing using advanced Boolean strings and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top US talent.
- Manage internal profiling for corporate positions, aligning skills with the brand culture.
- Act as a strategic consultant for US-based hiring managers, providing market data and talent insights.
- Maintain flawless verbal and written communication in English across platforms. What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of proven experience recruiting specifically for the US market.
- Strong background in hiring corporate profiles.
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
