About the Role We are looking for a RPA Developer to join the Managed Services team in Mexico. The role focuses on analyzing efficiency opportunities and delivering automation within Security Operations, working with stakeholders involved in phishing detection, brand abuse, and cyber threats. You will leverage API capabilities and device emulation, with Python as the primary language (and other internal Fortra tools as needed). What You'll Do
- Develop scripts and applications in Python and automate RPA
- Analyze data and processes to identify automation opportunities
- Develop quick proofs of concept to vet ideas
- Produce metrics showing automation impact
- Monitor applications and troubleshoot errors What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Python; experience with RPA and automation
- Understanding of APIs and device emulation
- Ability to review operational processes and determine automation opportunities
- Interest/experience in Security Operations (phishing detection, brand abuse, cyber threats)
- Willingness to work with internal tools, including Fortra tools, as needed Nice to Have
- Familiarity with internal Fortra tools
- Any additional automation tooling or scripting experience
