Job Position: RPA Developer (Entry Level)

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Training: 3 Months In-House Training

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level RPA Developer.
• The successful candidate will receive three months of in-house training to develop the skills required to design, develop, test, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying business processes suitable for automation.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of RPA bots.
• Learn to automate tasks using Automation Anywhere, Python, and other relevant tools.
• Assist with integrating automation solutions with SAP, Excel, databases, web applications, and APIs.
• Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
• Maintain technical documentation and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• NYSC completion is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, Excel, and business process automation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, SAP, or API integration is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in three months of in-house training.

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
