About the Role The Dean's Dairy Erie, PA branch is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery drivers to operate a tractor-trailer, deliver dairy products on assigned routes, and manually unload at customer locations. This is a full-time, on-site role with varied days and times based on the route. What You'll Do
- Operate a tractor-trailer to safely transport and deliver dairy products on assigned routes.
- Manually unload and deliver orders to customer locations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and understand their operations to meet needs and expectations.
- Adhere to company safety, compliance, and route schedules; complete pre-employment screenings. What We're Looking For
- Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- 21+ years of age; at least 1 year related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; physically able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; flexible hours including Saturdays and overtime. Compensation & Benefits
- $29.59 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. OT and other incentives can lead to $75k+ annually on average.
