Location: Middlemore Lane, Aldridge and Fryers Road, Bloxwich Hourly Rate: £16.66 plus benefits Hours: 45 per week Working: Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 17.00 pm Overtime and weekend work available (paid at overtime rates) Full training given
About the role
What will I be doing?
The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles including the loading of bins into the vehicle, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.
What are the requirements?
You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
The role also requires:
- A Class 2 license as well as a CPC card and tachograph card are essential.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
- Experience of working with recycling vehicles, roll on roll off containers or skip operations is preferred but not essential as training will be given where necessary.
This role will include lone working and a responsibility to load.
