Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute rope-access tasks in accordance with approved procedures and access plans.

• Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors, connectors and other access equipment before use.

• Support inspection, NDT, coating, welding, repair or specialist activities while maintaining safe positioning.

• Establish exclusion zones and maintain effective communication with the work team.

• Record work completed, defects identified, measurements and equipment status.

• Participate in rescue planning, toolbox talks, risk assessments and permit-to-work controls.

• Skills & Competencies

• IRATA/recognized rope-access competence appropriate to the role

• Working-at-height and rescue awareness

• Good understanding of inspection/maintenance activities relevant to the assignment

• Strong HSE discipline and physical fitness for the work environment

• Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline and level.

• Relevant industrial, construction, oil & gas, marine or project experience is preferred.

• Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, safety or professional certifications shall be provided where required by the client, site or applicable standards.
