About the Role Rope Access Supervisor (Scaffolding) leads offshore scaffold erection, inspection, and dismantling activities as part of a scaffold team, ensuring safe access and compliance with Saipem procedures and international standards. This role requires strong rope access expertise, precise workmanship, and effective supervision in challenging offshore environments. What You'll Do
- Carry out regular checks to ensure equipment safety and compliance with standards.
- Conduct pre-job briefings to communicate job requirements and safety procedures to the team.
- Perform rope access work in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of rope access equipment and techniques, including rigging and safety devices.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with other team members and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing rope access work and safety requirements.
- Maintain IRATA certification and fulfill Level III Rope Access Supervisor responsibilities. What We're Looking For
- Offshore rope access and scaffolding experience in challenging offshore environments.
- Strong knowledge of IRATA Code of Practice and safety procedures.
- Ability to conduct pre-job briefings, maintain records, and follow safety guidelines.
- Effective team player with clear communication and client liaison skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations governing rope access work. Nice to Have
