About the Role As a Rollout Technical Consultant ECM, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and rollout of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions across multiple regions or business units. You will ensure a stable, compliant, and scalable deployment of ECM platforms by coordinating technical activities, supporting integration, and guiding local teams through rollout phases from preparation to go-live and hypercare.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute technical rollouts of SAP ECM solutions (e.g. OpenText, Adobe, SAP DMS, ArchiveLink, SAP Content Server)
• Act as the technical point of contact during rollout projects for global and local stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, and execute migrations from legacy systems into ECM platforms
• Configure, deploy, and validate ECM components according to global standards
• Support system integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur, HCM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other related applications
• Coordinate technical activities with internal IT teams and external implementation partners
• Prepare and execute technical testing (unit, integration, rollout testing)
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Troubleshoot rollout-related issues and ensure timely resolution
• Create and maintain technical documentation and rollout guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Rollout Consultant, or Application Consultant in the ECM environment
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECM technologies (e.g. OpenText, Adobe, SAP DMS, ArchiveLink, SAP Content Server)
• Solid understanding of system integration, interfaces, and technical architectures
• Experience with international rollout projects and distributed teams
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Very good English skills; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on rollout phase

Nice to Have

• Experience with S/4HANA migrations or transformations
• Knowledge of document compliance, retention, and data protection requirements
• Familiarity with transport management and release processes
• Experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies
