About the Role Operates a self-propelled roller used to compact earth fills, subgrade, flexible base and other materials (excluding bituminous) on Ferrovial/Webber construction projects. This role supports safe, efficient site operations and helps deliver quality infrastructure solutions. What You'll Do
- Operate a self-propelled roller (steel wheels or pneumatic tires) to compact earth fills, subgrade, flexible base and other materials.
- Oil, grease or service the equipment and make necessary adjustments as needed to keep it running smoothly.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures; report unsafe activities to supervisor.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Provide leadership by example and share knowledge/skill with others. What We're Looking For
- Education: Less than a High School Diploma.
- Physical requirements: heavy physical activity; manual dexterity; capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
