About the Role The role focuses on understanding and applying the company’s management system policies and their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction, while ensuring safety and environmental guidelines are followed. It also requires the ability to interpret operational procedures related to the operation and/or maintenance of equipment and tools, and to support achievement of operational targets in accordance with safety and quality management systems. The position may involve handling measurement, inspection, and testing equipment, and requires knowledge of acceptance and rejection criteria. On‑the‑job training (OTJ) requirements, participation in training programs, safety courses, and technical courses offered by the company are expected. You will be responsible for complying with the employment contract, internal regulations, and company policies, with availability for rotating shifts if required. What You'll Do
- Adhere to and interpret the company’s management system policies and their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction, while following safety and environmental guidelines.
- Interpret and apply operational procedures related to the operation and/or maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Work toward achieving operational targets while complying with risk prevention and quality management standards.
- Handle measurement, inspection, and testing equipment as required; apply acceptance and rejection criteria.
- Complete on-the-job training requirements and participate in training, safety, and technical courses offered by the company.
- Fulfill obligations of the employment contract and internal regulations; maintain compliance with company policies.
- Be available to work rotating shifts if the position requires. What We're Looking For

- Commitment to meeting operational targets and adhering to safety, risk prevention, and quality management standards.
- Experience or readiness to use measurement, inspection, and testing equipment; understanding acceptance and rejection criteria.
- Willingness to participate in training programs, safety courses, and technical courses.
