About the Role One Project is seeking a role that contributes to its mission-driven work by helping to build tools, systems, and support for a just transition to a regenerative democratic economy. This role centers on collaborating with communities and movements to co-create digital and social infrastructure and to move resources where they are most needed. What You'll Do
- Support co-design and implementation of shared infrastructure — tools, systems, processes, technology and more — to support a just and abundant world.
- Build deep relationships with communities who share a vision for a new economy and work alongside them in collective action.
- Facilitate listening and collaboration to ensure One Project's talent and resources serve the right priorities.
- Help move resources and provide material support to nurture an ecosystem of practice and action. What We're Looking For

- Ability to listen deeply, synthesize insights, and translate them into practical tooling, processes, and infrastructure.
