Responsibilities:
- Look ahead and build for where we're going, not where we are
- Work with urgency because the frontier moves fast
- When two paths appear, take the one with more at stake
- Set uncomfortable goals and mean them (we grew ARR 5x in one year and aimed for the same the next)
- Speak up early
- Introduce process only where it helps to unlock, enable or protect against debt
- Keep momentum and don't keep your colleagues waiting (our meeting norm is 30 minutes, not an hour)
Qualifications:
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with change; able to move fast in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast-moving frontier
- Willingness to set ambitious, high-stakes goals and pursue them
- Clear communicator who speaks up early
- Preference for processes that unlock value and guard against debt
- Strong time-management and respect for colleagues' time (efficient meetings)
