As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. The UK Road Logistics business is a key part of our global Road Logistics organisation. How you create impact
- Accurately process bookings from clients and overseas agents in the system
- Support Freight Account Managers with day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment movements
- Proactively manage and resolve any shipment issues, keeping stakeholders informed
- Process sales and purchase invoices efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across departments
- Assist other teams when needed to maintain service quality and efficiency
- Follow all quality, security, and health & safety standards to ensure compliance and best practice
What we would like you to bring
- Secondary school education (or equivalent) with strong Maths and English skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with drive and commitment
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement
