Responsibilities
- Design road layouts, alignments, and intersections, considering traffic flow and safety standards.
- Use software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed road and alignment design plans.
- Perform traffic flow analysis and evaluate the environmental impact of road projects.
- Prepare and present comprehensive road design reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with geotechnical, environmental, and structural engineers to ensure safe designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local road safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in road design and alignment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other road design software.
- Strong understanding of road safety standards, traffic management, and environmental impacts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective road solutions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordination with multiple project teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
