Weekend AM Shift
Pay: $50-$55/hour

RN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend AM shifts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and services
- Monitor resident conditions and oversee clinical assessments
- Respond to changes in condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing team members
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Conduct rounds and maintain open communication with residents and families
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist with admissions, care planning, and clinical documentation as needed
- Promote a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
