The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital, in Alturas, CA and we are looking for Registered Nurses for its Skilled Nursing Facility.
In this tole RNs delivers resident-centered care in a professional, supportive environment, promoting safety, quality, and compassionate nursing practice.
Schedule: Full-Time | Per -Diem opportunities available | All Shifts | On-Site
What You’ll Do

Conduct resident assessments and report abnormal findings to providers

Deliver safe nursing care in accordance with established protocols

Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and supportive care environment

What We Are Looking For

Active California RN license and CPR certification
-
Long-term care facility experience preferred

Strong clinical judgement, verbal and written communication skills

Physical and mental stamina in a fast-paced environment

Dependable with strong organizational and teamwork skills
