About the Role RN Seasonal Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment for 13 weeks in Northwest Montana. You will care for high-acuity patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, renal, and medical conditions requiring advanced monitoring, working as an integrated member of the care team. What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care in the PCU with advanced monitoring for high-acuity patients
- Support post-operative cardiac care, including heart catheterizations and pacemakers
- Collaborate with experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff
- Deliver quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment and manage complex conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, and respiratory issues What We're Looking For
- Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Critical Care experience
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
- BSN degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to Have

- Seasonal Assignment Details: 13-week seasonal assignment, 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts)
- 15% seasonal premium pay
- $1,000 bonus after 30 days
- $1,000 bonus after 60 days
- $2,000 completion bonus
- Location: Kalispell, MT, Northwest Montana, with access to outdoor recreation and Mountain lifestyle
