About the Role Seasonal RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Logan Health for a 13-week assignment in Northwest Montana. You’ll care for high-acuity cardiac, respiratory, renal, and medical patients requiring advanced monitoring and specialized interventions as part of a collaborative PCU team. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care to PCU patients, including monitoring and managing complex cardiac, respiratory, renal, and medical conditions.
- Support post-operative cardiac care, including heart catheterizations and device management (e.g., pacemakers).
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to plan and deliver high-quality care.
- Document thoroughly, participate in care planning, and assist with discharge planning as needed.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. What We're Looking For
- Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility.
- 2+ years of Critical Care experience in a unit with similar patient needs.
- NIHSS certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Seasonal assignment details: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts).
- 15% seasonal premium pay.
- $1,000 bonus after 30 days.
- $1,000 bonus after 60 days.
- $2,000 completion bonus.
