About this role

About the Role Join Logan Health Children’s in Kalispell, Montana as an RN in our PICU on a PRN basis. This role primarily serves the PICU but also supports the broader Pediatric services, offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment. If you have at least 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, you may qualify for a generous sign-on and relocation package. What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
  • Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
  • Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
  • Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
  • Bring your PICU expertise to a team that values your impact! What We're Looking For
  • Current Montana RN license or compact license required
  • Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
  • RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care
  • PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer
  • APHON must be obtained within 1 year of hire/transfer
  • Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting Compensation & Benefits
