About the Role
All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the full-time NOC shift. We are looking for a dedicated nursing professional committed to providing exceptional care and promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess residents and document changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Supervise and support nursing staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Qualifications

Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Previous experience in skilled nursing or subacute care preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
