Corewell Health is hiring a full-time RN for its Med Surg Palliative unit (6 Center) at Royal Oak Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Royal Oak Hospital is ranked #2 in Michigan by U.S. News & World Report and holds four-time Magnet designation. This is a night-shift role (7pm-7:30am, every third weekend) on a fast-paced 34-bed unit caring for medical and post-surgical patients, offering strong opportunities to develop clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills within a Shared Governance / Professional Nurse Council model.
The RN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients under patient-family centered care principles, partnering with patients and families on care planning and documenting education in the health record.
Requirements
