Job title: RN - Maternal Child Health Per Diem - Day, Evening and Night Shifts
About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of two years of recent inpatient experience for per diem/part-time/full-time roles in our women’s and children’s service line. Opportunities exist in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, and PICU across our Illinois hospitals. This evergreen application means you’ll be considered for current and future RN openings system-wide across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Certification: BLS, PALS and NRP certification through AHA required.
- 2+ years current hospital nursing experience required in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU, or PICU.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $36.00 - $55.80 hourly
