About the Role
The RN - ICU position at Endeavor Health provides nursing care to ICU patients on a day/night rotating schedule at Evanston Hospital. This part-time role supports patient care delivery, uses the nursing process, and ensures quality and safety. What You'll Do

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the ICU department

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care

Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice

Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care

Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What We're Looking For

Current IL Registered Nurse license

BSN degree preferred

BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required

Minimum 1 year current hospital nursing experience preferred Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour

The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Part-time role with day/night rotation (7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am) and rotating weekends
