Description
- Second Shift: 4p - 1a M-F (Hillsborough County)
- $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the RN Evening is responsible for providing quality care to patients with Gulfside Healthcare Services, in the field. The field includes patients who reside in private residences, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing homes. The RN Evening utilizes assessment, intervention, and education to maximize patient comfort and to enhance the quality of life for the patient/family. The RN Evening oversees and case manages the needs of the patients assigned to them. This includes providing supervision for the LPNs and CNAs, and other assigned staff in the field.
