About the Role The VNA Health Group RN Homecare role provides in-home nursing care to patients in Ocean County, NJ. You will assess patient needs, develop and update care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers. The position begins with a two-week clinical orientation and includes documentation, mileage coverage, and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do
- Participate in a two week clinical orientation
- Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients
- Provide education and care strategies for patients and families
- Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers
- Document changes and update care plans What We're Looking For
- Active RN License (BSN preferred)
- 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or medsurg preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Car and valid driver’s license Nice to Have
- BSN preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour (USD, hourly)
