About the Role Concord Hospital-Laconia is seeking experienced RNs to join our RN Float Team. This per diem, part-time position offers the opportunity to use diverse clinical skills across multiple acute care settings within the hospital, including medical/surgical and critical care units. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications per the plan of care.
- Gather data through history taking and physical assessment to plan, implement, and adjust interventions.
- Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans; document progress and outcomes.
- Lead the care team, supervise delegated nursing activities, and serve as a resource on the shift.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and prepare them for discharge or procedures.
- Manage time and resources to deliver safe, effective care; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
