About this role
About the Role As a Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool, you will float across Swedish inpatient units as part of the Resource Team to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered nursing care on the night shift. You will report to the Resource Team Clinical Nurse Manager with support from site-based nurse managers to ensure safe, evidence-based practice and continuity of care. What You'll Do
- Float across Swedish inpatient units to provide nursing care per the nursing process and unit standards.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care for patients and their families.
- Maintain competency and adhere to current standards of practice; promote safety for patients and staff.
- Guide and supervise nursing personnel; participate in professional development of peers.
