About the Role Seasonal RN position in Logan Health’s Emergency Department for a 13-week summer assignment. Seasonal RNs are integrated into the ED team to care for a high-acuity patient population and to support peak-season demand across Northwest Montana. What You'll Do
- Care for a diverse, high-acuity patient population including trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric, and acute medical cases
- Practice in a fast-paced ED where clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork matter every hour of every shift
- Collaborate with experienced emergency medicine professionals committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care
- Strengthen your emergency nursing skills during one of the most operationally demanding seasons of the year
- Make a meaningful impact on the local community and the thousands of visitors who travel to Northwest Montana each summer What We're Looking For
- Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility
- 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required; ENPC preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to Have

- 13-week seasonal assignment with 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts)
- 15% seasonal premium pay
- $3.75/hour night shift differential
- $1,000 bonus after 30 days
- $1,000 bonus after 60 days
- $2,000 completion bonus
