Logan Health Home Health & Hospice is looking for an experienced RN to join our team as an RN Educator & Quality. This is a unique opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about clinical education, quality improvement, patient safety, and supporting teams who provide compassionate care to patients and families in the home health and hospice setting.
In this role, you will help develop and support clinical education, orientation, competency validation, quality initiatives, and patient safety efforts for Home Health and Hospice. You will partner closely with clinical leaders and staff to ensure team members have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
