About the Role The RN - Cardiac Telemetry 3 position at Edward Main Hospital Naperville provides direct inpatient nursing care on the cardiac telemetry unit, working nights for a 36-hour week with rotating weekends and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care on the inpatient Cardiac Telemetry unit, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, escalate changes in patient condition, and participate in care planning.
What We're Looking For
- Required: 1+ years RN experience in an inpatient unit setting; Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification (AHA or BLS); ACLS within one year; NIHSS within one year; Stroke Scale Certification within one year.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; Cardiac telemetry or inpatient specialty experience; ability to work nights.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; Cardiac Telemetry experience; additional certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour. Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week, Nights 7:00pm-7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays. Location: Edward Main Hospital, Naperville.
