RMS System Manager - Hybrid

About the Role This on-site hybrid role is for a Motorola Solutions System Manager supporting the PremierOne RMS for the Prince William County PD in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on ensuring RMS operations, interfaces, and related services run smoothly and delivering excellent customer support. You will work 2-3+ days per week at the PWCPD facility and collaborate with the customer to meet mission-critical needs. What You'll Do

• Manage and support customer RMS systems, related services, and interfaces for PremierOne RMS for PWCPD.
• Provide regular, proactive communication on work orders and progress.
• Troubleshoot application, hardware, network, and third-party components.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and end users.
• Execute customer operations policies and procedures and drive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer processes and best practices. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of Public Safety RMS experience.
• Experience with Windows Server/Desktop, SQL Server, ODBC, and SCOM.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to deploy or support enterprise hardware/software solutions; HP preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with NIBRS, SQL, XML, .NET.
• Willingness to obtain CJIS background clearance as required. Nice to Have
• Motorola PremierOne RMS experience or comparable RMS applications.
• Experience with virtualization, NLB, clustering, SAN, Fortigate firewalls, and HP storage hardware.
• Knowledge of HP networking hardware and SAN environments. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually.
