How Will You Contribute to the Company? We are looking for an RMA Technician with hands on experience troubleshooting electronics and documenting product issues. You will be responsible for testing, verifying, and refurbishing incoming RMA units from the field in a timely manner to help us improve our products. This position interacts with and supports the production and quality teams with troubleshooting and root cause analysis. What you will do Inspect, troubleshoot, and test customer-returned products using established procedures. Perform repair and refurbishment tasks to meet defined quality standards, with guidance as needed. Document troubleshooting, repair, and test results accurately in the CRM or RMA tracking system. Identify recurring issues and share findings with the team to help prevent defects. Track RMA inventory and flag shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with other Operations teams as needed. Contribute ideas to improve the RMA department and its processes.

The skills you bring

Qualifications

• High School diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

• Entry-level candidates welcome; up to 2 years of related experience in electronics, repair, manufacturing, or RMA is a plus.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment, or willingness to learn.

• Basic computer skills and ability to enter and maintain accurate records.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to lift and maneuver products weighing up to 35 pounds

• Good to have

• Associate degree or technical-school training in electronics or a related field.

• Experience troubleshooting electronic devices.

• Familiarity with IP networking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to explain troubleshooting steps clearly and document findings.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
