About the Role Volt is hiring multiple RMA Clerks in Fremont, CA for a full-time temp-to-hire role that supports the processing, inspection, and disposition of returned materials. You will work with quality, repair, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data, proper routing, and full traceability. What You'll Do
- Receive and verify returned materials against RMA documentation and travel cards.
- Perform visual, functional, and cosmetic inspections to identify damage, missing components, or warranty violations.
- Classify returned units for repair, replacement, scrap, or return-to-vendor per product specs and quality guidelines.
- Record inspection results, including photographs and detailed failure descriptions, and ensure accurate data entry in quality and tracking databases.
