In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Risk, Compliance & Assurance Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) policy, taxonomy, methodology, enterprise risk register, risk-appetite proposals, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk treatment tracking.
• Facilitate quarterly and event-driven risk assessments, including for new clients, contracts, services, technologies and significant changes.
• Maintain the regulatory and contractual obligations register, assigning interpretation owners, business owners, evidence and review dates.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 calendars, management reviews, internal-audit schedules and corrective actions.
• Maintain policy-governance standards, the central policy register, approval workflow and review calendar.
• Set the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and business-continuity methodology, challenge recovery plans, coordinate exercises and report on readiness.
• Monitor complaints, non-conformities, compliance breaches, risk events and recurring root causes.
• Prepare risk, compliance, quality and resilience content for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coach risk owners and risk champions and support a practical, risk-aware culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Risk Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in risk, compliance, quality, audit or governance, including 3 years leading workstreams in outsourcing, payroll, professional services or regulated-client environments.
• One of the following professional qualifications, or equivalent: ACA, ACCA, CIA, CRMA, IRM, or ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Technical knowledge of ERM, compliance registers, QMS / ISMS coordination, policy governance, BIA/BCM and Board reporting.
• Integrity, confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary

N13,000,000 – N15,000,000 per annum, plus HMO and Group Life insurance.
