Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and help mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. The successful candidate will support data-driven decision-making and strengthen the organisation’s risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential risks across business operations.
- Prepare clear risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations for management.
- Monitor key risk indicators and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of risk management processes and controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in risk analysis, compliance, or a related function.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with risk management tools or data analysis software.
- Good understanding of risk frameworks and relevant Nigerian regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
