Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission telecommunications equipment and customer links.
- Carry out mast/tower climbing for installations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecom/network faults within agreed SLA timelines.
- Conduct site surveys to support quality installations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment and infrastructure.
- Test and verify installed equipment and links before handover.
- Respond to escalated customer and network fault calls.
- Properly document installations, site surveys, maintenance activities and resolved faults.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE and working-at-height requirements.
Requirements

ND/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the telecommunications industry.

Practical experience in telecom installation and fault troubleshooting.

Must be willing and physically able to climb telecommunications masts/towers.

Ability to work safely at height and in field environments.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent/escalated faults.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and operational locations when required.
